Individual Training:

We don’t just point you in the right direction. We take you there! Our nationally certified personal trainers provide you with a constantly evolving and proven path to your fitness goals. You will learn a customized program with a variety of techniques that will help you incorporate exercise into your daily life and make it an important part of your new active lifestyle. Private training is available in our Boot Camp room, or join a small-group training class.

MedF.I.T. (Functional Interval Training):

MedF.I.T. (Functional Interval Training) Get results FAST! Our large group training is designed to provide a high-intensity interval training with quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This type of training will get and keep your heart rate up, burn those calories and help you achieve your fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers

Sheena Potts – Training Department Director

Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University; Functional Movement Systems Specialist Level 1 & 2; Strong First Level 1 Instructor; Russian Kettlebell Level 1 Instructor; National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer; CPR/AED and First Aid
Sheena has worked in the fitness industry since 1998. She was a collegiate athlete at Rowan University where she played field hockey and lacrosse. Sheena has worked in corporate and commercial fitness facilities in management and fitness positions. She has extensive experience with a variety of clientele including athletes, pre/post rehab, general population and clients with orthopedic/medical issues. Sheena is a single working mother with three children and understands the continuous demands of daily life and how challenging it is to find the time for herself and her fitness. She has learned first hand that finding time is necessary! Staying healthy and fit enables Sheena to fully provide for her family, her career, and her aspirations.
Sheena feels it is her responsibility to provide safe, effective and quality instruction to her clients. She firmly believes in the quality of movement and utilizing the power of the human body to achieve sound results.
“Being a training professional is more than simply instructing clients to perform an exercise” according to Sheena. Empowering her clients with knowledge, improving movement patterns and challenging her clients to reach and surpass set goals is central to her training philosophy. Sheena’s training is built upon a solid foundation of movement quality. She shares in the philosophy of the internationally recognized industry expert and co-founder of FMS, Grey Cook, who states “First move well, and then move often.” Sheena is not interested in offering band-aid solutions or quick fixes for health and fitness. She wants to educate, instruct and empower others to become their own advocates. Sheena states “You didn’t lose the ability to move well overnight, nor did you gain that extra 30 pounds overnight. Give yourself the time you deserve to regain the confidence, strength, and willpower to make anything possible in your life.” It’s Sheena’s mission to help improve the performance of every individual in their pursuit of better health, strength, wellness or athleticism with quality training, service, and commitment. Whether you are new to exercise, an elite athlete, or an individual looking to enhance your strength and conditioning, Sheena is here to assist you.

Sue Holton – Assistant Director

National Personal Training Institute, Certified Personal Trainer
An All-American collegiate soccer player, Sue has been an athlete her whole life. Her passion for helping and teaching others about fitness led her to become a successful college coach for several years. After graduating from NPTI, Sue returned as an instructor, helping other students become certified. Sue is now one of the owners of this region’s National Personal Training Institute! When Sue is not at NPTI teaching others about personal training, she can be found at Medford Fitness training clients. Her training styles include sport-specific, weight loss, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. Her specialty is simply to get you to your goal!

Ian Clark

ISSA Personal Trainer
Correctional Exercise Specialist
Ian Clark is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and correctional exercise specialist. He is also CPR/AED certified. Growing up overweight, he decided to make a change for a healthier lifestyle and lost the weight through incorporating many different tactics. While also taking up powerlifting, he has researched extensively on methods to improve strength and technique and to overcome injuries. After doing all of this research to help himself, he decided to make it into a profession to help other people with their goals and overcome their challenges as well. Ian has worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages and goals. With an emphasis on functional movement, he has helped his clients with goals ranging from fat loss and hypertrophy to improving mobility and correcting postural deviations.

Megan Seay

Megan found her passion for fitness in her twenties when she began running half marathons and a full marathon. She switched careers from marketing and business to personal training and group coaching since she found that she loved working with people to achieve their goals. Over the last 9 years, Megan has worked with all types of people: professional athletes, adults from their 20's into their 80's, kids and teens, to pre and postnatal women. As a recent mom, she started heavily studying fitness for all stages of pregnancy, including post-partum rehabilitation. She loves helping women during this exciting and unique time to stay healthy and fit. No matter who you are and what your goals are, Megan will help you move better, live healthier and be the strongest version of yourself.

Denise Rizzitello

Denise has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. She has trained a wide range of age groups, from children to older adults and people with special needs. She had her own personal training business for 12 years and has been working in this club for more than eight years. She prides herself on making real connections with her clients and helping them to meet and maintain their goals.

Zach Oeser

NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Zach’s strong passion for fitness started at an early age. Although he played many youth sports including soccer, baseball and football, he was still overweight going into middle school when he decided to set a goal and make a change. From the age of 14, Zach began to self-educate himself on diet and exercise and slowly gained the knowledge and skills to achieve a great level of fitness. By age 20, fitness had become such an important part of his life that he decided he wanted to start a career in the fitness industry. Zach believes the goal of a personal trainer is to give clients the knowledge it took him years of trial and error to learn on his own and put them on the most direct path to their goals.

Zach looks forward to training anyone who has made the decision to make a change for a healthier lifestyle or just simply to get stronger. He also understands the struggles of people with dietary restrictions that include gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance as he has these restrictions as well. No matter your goals, Zach would take a lot of pride in helping you achieve them.

Candace Bock

Candice has always been an active person and played multiple sports in high school. After high school, she became less active and really didn't think much of it. Candice has always had the passion to care for others and decided to become a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2004. Over time, she started seeing what can happen if you don't care for yourself properly. She then started on her own personal journey of becoming more active and leading a healthier lifestyle. She started noticing how much better she felt over all. Candice continues to remain active and now trains to run obstacle course races. It was the passion from that, that led her to switch gears in her career and become a personal trainer. Going thru her own struggles along the way with personal fitness, and witnessing other peoples struggles as well, she has an ability to connect to her clients and support them thru whatever obstacles they may be faced with. She works with clients of all ages, and enjoys helping her clients gain the knowledge and the strength that they need to achieve their goals and Stand Strong.

Katie has been involved in physical activity since she was a little girl, competing in basketball, tennis, lacrosse, swimming, and soccer. Katie has reached her own fitness goals through dedication, education and self-discipline. Katie is a personal trainer, certified spin instructor, Pilates instructor, and also has expertise in TRX , Tabata, and Barre.

Kathleen Harkin

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross CPR AED, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Yoga Alliance, Reiki Master, Silver Sneakers and Body Shred certifications. Kathleen has been teaching group fitness since 1983 and certified with AFAA since 1985. She loves to teach at any fitness level and is passionate about fitness. She became a certified yoga alliance instructor in 2011 and a Reiki master in 2016. She completed her personal trainer certification in 2017.

Susan Grose

Susan Grose was born and raised in Mt. Laurel and attended Lenape High School and Glassboro State College. The youngest of four girls whose father was a standout college football player at the University of Pittsburgh, Susan has been active in sports and fitness her entire life. As a certified NASM personal trainer, she enjoys working with clients of all levels of fitness and specializes in designing programs that specifically focus on the client’s needs and interests.

Sherry Russell

Sherry Russell is an outdoor and physical activity enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, stand up paddle boarding, running, yoga, weight training and high intensity group workouts. Along with her husband Sherry is very active in local charitable 5K & 8K runs. Sherry started her fitness journey about ten years ago to have a better quality of life for herself and for her family. She has been a resident of Burlington County her entire life, growing up in Vincentown. Sherry is the mother of twin boys which prompted her to get into shape so she could keep up with them!
Sherry has overcome physical limitations from a serious shoulder injury and wants to help others overcome their physical limitations as well through exercise. Through the years her passion for fitness and nutrition has motivated her to become a certified personal trainer so that she can help others realize that their health and fitness goals are attainable and that if you put your mind to it you can achieve anything.

Maureen Brunetti

Maureen has been an athlete all her life. Her passion for sports and fitness began at an early age and continued through high school participating in varsity track all 4 years. Throughout her life, Maureen continued to challenge herself in several 5 and 10 k races including a 10 k mud run.
Maureen has been dedicated to nutrition and strength training as well as cross training and weight lifting for many years. Although Maureen is well versed in several aspects of fitness, her expertise is in teaching the science of proper form and technique.
Maureen met her greatest physical challenge training and competing in a figure bodybuilding competition in 2012, and after 5 months of vigorous training and strict dieting, placing 5th overall in her age class has become her claim to fame.
Maureen enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but more importantly she loves the opportunity to share her professional knowledge and experiences with others. Maureen genuinely has ability to truly make real connections with her clients and is dedicated to guide them and help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals.
