Sheena has worked in the fitness industry since 1998. She was a collegiate athlete at Rowan University where she played field hockey and lacrosse. Sheena has worked in corporate and commercial fitness facilities in management and fitness positions. She has extensive experience with a variety of clientele including athletes, pre/post rehab, general population and clients with orthopedic/medical issues. Sheena is a single working mother with three children and understands the continuous demands of daily life and how challenging it is to find the time for herself and her fitness. She has learned first hand that finding time is necessary! Staying healthy and fit enables Sheena to fully provide for her family, her career, and her aspirations.
Sheena feels it is her responsibility to provide safe, effective and quality instruction to her clients. She firmly believes in the quality of movement and utilizing the power of the human body to achieve sound results.
“Being a training professional is more than simply instructing clients to perform an exercise” according to Sheena. Empowering her clients with knowledge, improving movement patterns and challenging her clients to reach and surpass set goals is central to her training philosophy. Sheena’s training is built upon a solid foundation of movement quality. She shares in the philosophy of the internationally recognized industry expert and co-founder of FMS, Grey Cook, who states “First move well, and then move often.” Sheena is not interested in offering band-aid solutions or quick fixes for health and fitness. An All-American collegiate soccer player, Sue has been an athlete her whole life. Her passion for helping and teaching others about fitness led her to become a successful college coach for several years. After graduating from NPTI, Sue returned as an instructor, helping other students become certified. Sue is now one of the owners of this region’s National Personal Training Institute! When Sue is not at NPTI teaching others about personal training, she can be found at Medford Fitness training clients. Her training styles include sport-specific, weight loss, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. Her specialty is simply to get you to your goal!

Denise has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. She has trained a wide range of age groups, from children to older adults and people with special needs. She had her own personal training business for 12 years and has been working in this club for more than eight years. She prides herself on making real connections with her clients and helping them to meet and maintain their goals.

Zach’s strong passion for fitness started at an early age. Although he played many youth sports including soccer, baseball and football, he was still overweight going into middle school when he decided to set a goal and make a change. From the age of 14, Zach began to self-educate himself on diet and exercise and slowly gained the knowledge and skills to achieve a great level of fitness. By age 20, fitness had become such an important part of his life that he decided he wanted to start a career in the fitness industry. Zach believes the goal of a personal trainer is to give clients the knowledge it took him years of trial and error to learn on his own and put them on the most direct path to their goals.
Zach looks forward to training anyone who has made the decision to make a change for a healthier lifestyle or just simply to get stronger. He also understands the struggles of people with dietary restrictions that include gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance as he has these restrictions as well. No matter your goals, Zach would take a lot of pride in helping you achieve them.

Maureen has been an athlete all her life. Her passion for sports and fitness began at an early age and continued through high school participating in varsity track all 4 years. Throughout her life, Maureen continued to challenge herself in several 5 and 10 k races including a 10 k mud run.
Maureen has been dedicated to nutrition and strength training as well as cross training and weight lifting for many years. Although Maureen is well versed in several aspects of fitness, her expertise is in teaching the science of proper form and technique.
Maureen met her greatest physical challenge training and competing in a figure bodybuilding competition in 2012, and after 5 months of vigorous training and strict dieting, placing 5th overall in her age class has become her claim to fame.
Maureen enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but more importantly she loves the opportunity to share her professional knowledge and experiences with others. Maureen genuinely has ability to truly make real connections with her clients and is dedicated to guide them and help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross CPR AED, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Yoga Alliance, Reiki Master, Silver Sneakers and Body Shred certifications. Kathleen has been teaching group fitness since 1983 and certified with AFAA since 1985. She loves to teach at any fitness level and is passionate about fitness. She became a certified yoga alliance instructor in 2011 and a Reiki master in 2016. She completed her personal trainer certification in 2017.
National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer
Susan Grose was born and raised in Mt. Laurel and attended Lenape High School and Glassboro State College. The youngest of four girls whose father was a standout college football player at the University of Pittsburgh, Susan has been active in sports and fitness her entire life. As a certified NASM personal trainer, she enjoys working with clients of all levels of fitness and specializes in designing programs that specifically focus on the client’s needs and interests.

Robert is a certified ISSA personal trainer with a certification in CPR/AED from RedCross. He also has a Bachelor's of Science from Wilmington University. Robert's passion for fitness started when he decided to stop living an unhealthy sedentary lifestyle. With his Bachelor's of Science Robert understands change, as well as the physiological benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Robert has competed in various mud runs. These include Savage Race, ABF mud run, and two Spartan Races.

Correctional Exercise Specialist
Ian Clark is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and correctional exercise specialist. He is also CPR/AED certified. Growing up overweight, he decided to make a change for a healthier lifestyle and lost the weight through incorporating many different tactics. While also taking up powerlifting, he has researched extensively on methods to improve strength and technique and to overcome injuries. After doing all of this research to help himself, he decided to make it into a profession to help other people with their goals and overcome their challenges as well. Ian has worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages and goals. With an emphasis on functional movement, he has helped his clients with goals ranging from fat loss and hypertrophy to improving mobility and correcting postural deviations.

Pam has had years of experience as a personal trainer who has specialized in helping others achieve their weight loss goals, and has helped others realized their athletic potential through strength and endurance training. Pam has taken taken a specific interest in youth and teen fitness, and has been a wonderful addition to our Youth Fitness training staff. Returning from injury is always a challenge, and Pam has been able to help many, including senior citizens, regain their active lifestyle and get back to doing the activities they love.
