H.I.I.T Fit

A 30 minute fun, fast paced, high energy full body workout coached by our certified trainers. This class will improve your overall body conditioning by keeping your heart rate up with burst of rigorous exercise followed by active recovery periods.

This class is a great compliment to small group training and will help you burn more fat in less time. Class size: up to 15 participants
