21 Day Training Challenge


We are looking for 30 motivated individuals to lose weight, get strong, and change their life.


Our workout plan consists of Small Group Training, MedFIT, and Individual Training.  Enjoy unlimited use of the club, free childcare, and a personalized goal review meeting with our certified personal trainers.
