After graduating from Widener University in 2019 with a background in psychology and pre-physical therapy, he discovered his true passion in personal training. Since getting certified in 2020, he’s trained clients in a variety of settings—1-on-1, partner sessions, and small group boot camps. With a deep love for human connection and a commitment to helping others live healthier, stronger lives, he brings both experience and empathy to every session. Having lost 60 pounds himself and successfully rehabilitated a torn labrum, he knows firsthand what it takes to overcome obstacles. His specialties include weight loss, strength training, mobility, flexibility, and shoulder rehab.
