Our High Intensity Interval Training Fit classes are full body workouts that alternate between rigorous,high intensity, all out bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods. This class will improve your conditioning by keeping your heart rate up and will also help you burn more fat in less time. This class is a GREAT compliment to Small Group Training program.
