Training Programs

Individual and Partner Training:
Receive one-on-one attention or train with a friend to receive maximum support and individualization toward your training goals. Our nationally certified training professionals will continually provide a safe progression to help you toward your fitness goals. Use this as a learning opportunity to help empower you in your health and fitness journey.

 

Small Group Training (Strength and Conditioning):
Small-Group Training is designed to be a platform to learn while doing. Receive a thorough, progressive, and safe training program to help you reach your fitness goals. You will be empowered! We help our clients improve their overall fitness by working mobility, stability work, strength exercises, and conditioning. Move well so you can continue to gain strength, muscle, and cardiovascular endurance to turn your body into a fat-burning machine!

 

H.I.I.T. Fit (High-Intensity Interval Training):
Our High-Intensity Interval Training Fit classes are full-body workouts that alternate between rigorous, high-intensity, all-out bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods. This class will improve your conditioning by keeping your heart rate up and will also help you burn more fat in less time. This class is a GREAT compliment to Small Group Training program.
